Campus Culture Director

Campus Culture
The USU manages a very comprehensive “outside the classroom” student experience. The USU student experience and engagement programs are major cultural capital for both the USU and the University. The Campus Culture Director’s role is to add further value to the cultural and intellectual lives of members of the university community. The community values the atmosphere of The Verge Festival and Orientation Week; the Campus Culture Directors will be charged with generating that kind of mood all year round.

2013 Campus Culture Director Positions NOW OPEN
The USU is seeking two energetic, enthusiastic and creative people to develop, publicise and implement a schedule of events for students of the University to attend during Semesters 1 and 2 2013. The events will take place on Camperdown/Darlington Campus and involve Sydney College of the Arts (Rozelle) and The Conservatorium of Music.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your event management skills. In this role you will work closely with the “cultural clubs” in the C&S Program to generate the events calendar and drive attendance at your events.

If you have ideas about ways to engage and involve all members of the University community in exciting and innovative events on campus, then this is your chance to put them into action.
