APPLICATION PROCESS:

If you would like to apply and appoint yourself as a nominee for a particular position that you are interested in, simply:

1) Send an email to Manling via with your:
-NAME
-ACCESS CARD NUMBER
-DEGREE YOU ARE STUDYING
-POSITION YOU’D LIKE TO RUN FOR
-REASON FOR WHY YOU THINK YOU’D BE SUITABLE FOR THIS POSITION

2) Upon review, you will be placed in the election during the AGM as a possible candidate.

3) Come to the AGM on the day and VOTE!

*Note: Only those who have an ACCESS CARD may apply for an Executive Position and vote. This is with the exception of those who wish to be part of our General Committee.

MOTIONS ON NOTICE

The President, Jasvanth Sureshkumar, has put forward the following motion to amend the Constitution via:

-creating the following new executive positions
*Vice President (Marketing), Vice President (Events), Finance executive, Executive Administrator, Events Executives (x3), Social executives (x2)
-removing the following executive positions:
*Event Coordinators (x2), External Relations (x2), IT director, Marketing Directors (x2), Photographers, Social Directors (x3)
