The C&S Office will be holding a mandatory conference for all club executives on Thursday 23rd February and repeated on Monday 27th of February 2012.

This conference will explain all the changes made to the C&S Program for 2012 including funding, registration and O-Week requirements.

There will also be individual executive workshops for Presidents, Treasurers and Secretaries both prior and following the main conference. These workshops will be mandatory for all newly elected executives that have not already attended a specifically designed workshop.Failure to attend the conference and/or workshop may result in the clubs funding or O-Week stall being refused.

The conference timetable will be released closer to the dates. Following the 2 hour mandatory conference, lunch will be provided.

Club executives are required to RSVP to the C&S Office with the conference date they will be attending so that we can correctly cater the event. RSVP’s are required no later than 10th February 2012.
