First general meeting of the Literary Society

The meeting is set to discuss the direction that the society will take throughout the year.
Members will give input on fortnightly discussion topics.

Constitutional changes will also be proposed.
These changes are:

1. Widen the aims of the society: This includes; holding roundtable discussions where members can read and respond to each others' work, and holding master classes and guest lectures.
2. Expanding the duties of Executive Members: The President, Vice-President, and General Executives shall help to maintain the society's blog, and help select contributions for publication.
3. Introduce Roundtable Discussions: Roundtable discussions will include formal presentations, and free discussions between members, which will revolve around a set topic or selected work.
4. Introduce prerequisites for the election of Executive Members: The President, Vice-President and General Executive must have submitted at least four pieces of work throughout the year to be eligible for election.
