This is our second attempt at carrying out our official Annual General Meeting. Due to some minor error last October, we met all but one criteria of the C&S office: 2 week notice rule!

Our AGM this year will also contain our usual start-of-the-year General Meeting and thus we will have a massive agenda (TBC): from re-voting MADSOC Executives to answering all questions MADSOC-wise, from revealing our event-packed plan for this year to meeting our teachers, and many more!

Time: 4.00 Monday 12th March (week 2)
Venue: Holme Reading Room, Holme Building

Currently, our 2012 MADSOC executives who were voted at the previous AGM are:

Executive Member: Kay Pengelly

If you would like to become an executive member, please nominate yourself and the position you’re interested. We also open another Executive Member position for anyone who loves MADSOC and wants to be more involved with MADSOC in decision making but doesn’t have a lot of time for heavy commitments.
At this meeting we will announce important details regarding our preparations for a massive/semi-professional showcase this year. Therefore, if you want to be one of the first to know, this meeting can’t be missed!
