Constituional changes to be discussed and adopted:-

2.14.4

Old: Produce a weekly newsletter
New: Publish a student newsletter as regularly as possible

8.1

Old: The society shall hold an Annual General Meeting annually in the month of April
New: The society shall hold an Annual General Meeting annually in the month of March

11.3

Old: All payments of the Society shall be by cheque, signed by at least 2 members of the executive, one of whom must be the treasurer.

New: All payments of the Society shall be by cheque, signed by at least 2 members of the executive. The treasurer must be informed in advance of all cheques signed.
